Return within 10 Days complete and NEW IN BOX or Packaging with all packing materials, manuals, accessories, etc. Send a copy of your receipt and a note explaining why you are returning the item or items. Upon inspection of the merchandise we will promptly credit you for the merchandise amount. Shipping Charges are remitted to the Carrier for their services and CAN NOT be refunded. Exchanges for Different Color, Style, Size, etc. customer will simply pay all related freight costs. Merchandise returned after 10 Days Subject to Minimum 15% Restock Charge + Freight Costs. Emergency Vehicle Lighting offers all items AS-IS with all Defects and Manufacturer's Warranty as Sole Remedy. We are always happy to assist with warranty issues whenever possible. Some manufacturers require that warranty be handled between the consumer and the factory. If you have a warranty issue please call or e-mail us before taking any action.
